Kanadevia Inova
Previously Hitachi Zosen Inova in October 2024 the business was renamed Kanadevia Inova[1] and has historically been focused on the delivery of incineration facilites in the UK, typically as an EPC provider, but increasingly also as an O&M provider. It has recently started to build an owned portfolio of AD faciities[1].
History
- Kanadevia Inova announced their intention to build the first UK full scale Carbon Capture facilty at Protos in October 2025[2]
- Kanadevia Inova announced their acquisition of Wardley and Lower Drayton AD facilites in October 2025 to bring thier overall portfoilio to 17 operational plants[3] - having acquired Iona Capital in early 2025
- Kanadevia Inova were selected as the EPC contractor for Tees Valley ERF in April 2026[4]
